We encourage expecting parents to reach out to us in the second trimester to begin the baptism preparation process. You will begin by completing the Baptism Scheduling Request Form using the button below.

    Once you complete the form, an email will be sent to Deacon Ed, Deacon Dan, and Annie-Rose Keith, our Director of Faith Formation. They will then follow up with you to schedule the baptism prep class and the baptism.

 NOTES FOR COMPLETING THE FORM:  There must be at least one, and not more than two, Godparents. If you choose to have two, one must be male and the other female. Godparents are practicing Catholics. A witness may be a Christian of another denomination. Additionally, baptism prep classes are generally scheduled the first Sunday of each month and begin at 9:30 a.m.
